Whytecliff Park is one of those magical places for us. Every time we spend an evening here with couples it ends up being this magical time where we never want to leave and end up chatting more than we take pictures. Rachel and Leighton were no exception to this and we love how these images came out from this brisk October evening together.
It has been so long since we have shared our work on our blog! We are kicking off a string of new posts from this past summer with Sam and Emily.
This engagement session was exactly 1 month after Aspen was born, and we were excited to hang out at one of our favourite sunset spots in Vancouver, Whytecliff Park. It was pretty busy for a Monday night, but we lucked out with some quiet spots before the sun started to set. It is spots like these that consistently take our breath away, reminding us how nice our part of the world really is. If you have never been before.. do yourself a favour and go.
The one thing we noticed right away about Sam and Emily is how calm and comfortable they are around each other and how they make everyone around them feel the same. Could spend many more nights with these two talking about life, taking pictures, and enjoying beautiful Vancouver.

Isaac & Maria Whytecliff Park Engagement
We met Maria and Isaac on a beautiful Wednesday evening at Whytecliff Park in West Vancouver. From the moment we started walking and chatting we knew that it was going to be a great night. These two are both so easy going that it felt like a night spent with old friends, exploring the rock faces by the water. After a few hours of taking pictures, the night was topped off perfectly with some much needed ice-cream. Fun Fact: I just so happen to work alongside Maria as an EA at an elementary school. Just a few months ago we were at a convention for work and spent the night with a few other co-workers at a hotel. All us girls were questioning Maria about when Isaac was going to propose, and we may or may not have googled engagement rings! A few months later Maria came to work with a ring on her finger and is set to marry Isaac this summer!! Congratulations!
